In your cPanel account, you have a feature that allows you to edit .HTML, .PHP, .CSS files, and many more. To use this tool, you must go to the "Files > File Manager" section. A small dialog box will then appear where you must select which directory you wish to go to; press "GO" to go to the directory you selected. You will be able to see all your files in your selected directory. To edit any file, simply right-click on it and you will see the available options.
