What is cPanel?
cPanel is your hosting control panel. From there, you can manage your website, create emails, install WordPress, manage databases, and much more, all without needing technical knowledge.
Ways to Access cPanel
Option 1 — From the Client Area (recommended)
- Go to my.platiniumhost.com
- Log in with your email and password
- Click on "My Services"
- Select your hosting plan
- Click the button "Go to cPanel"
Option 2 — Via Direct URL
Type in your browser:
https://yourdomain.com:2083
Or using your server's IP:
https://YOUR-SERVER-IP:2083
Option 3 — Via Subdomain
https://cpanel.yourdomain.com
⚠️ Important: Port 2083 must be enabled in your firewall. If your internet provider blocks this port, use Option 1 from the client area.
I don't remember my cPanel password
You can easily reset it from the client area under My Services → Change cPanel Password. You can also consult the article Change cPanel Password.
